These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the tk988 platform. By creating an account or placing a wager on tk988, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. Please review them carefully before proceeding.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and tk988 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree with any provision set out below, you must not use the tk988 platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

One Account Per Player
Each player may hold exactly one active tk988 account. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, or accounts opened on behalf of another person are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.
18+ Age Requirement
All players must be at least 18 years of age. tk988 implements age verification checks during the registration and withdrawal process. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the payment source.
BDT Transactions Only
All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals on tk988 are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi commercial bank transfers. No foreign currency conversions are applied.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier and eligible game contribution rates are stated in the relevant promotional terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus.
Responsible Gaming Tools

Prohibited Activities

- "Verification" means the identity and age confirmation process required before a Player's first withdrawal may be processed.
- "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction from which access to or use of the tk988 platform is restricted by applicable law.
1. General Terms
1.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotional terms published on the Platform, form the entire agreement between the Player and tk988 regarding the use of the Platform.
1.2 tk988 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, tk988 will provide reasonable advance notice via a notice displayed on the Platform or by email to the registered account address. Continued use of the Platform following any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
1.3 These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between any translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
1.4 tk988 operates an online casino and sports betting platform designed for entertainment purposes for adult players located in Bangladesh. The Platform is not intended for use in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify that accessing the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or placing wagers.
1.5 tk988 is a private platform. Use of the Platform is a privilege, not a right. tk988 reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts, or restrict access at its sole discretion, subject to the provisions of these Terms & Conditions.
1.6 Any waiver by tk988 of a breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not be considered a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
1.7 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
2.1 Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or place any wager on the tk988 platform. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
2.2 tk988 takes its age verification obligations seriously. During the verification process — required before your first withdrawal — you will be asked to submit a valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or birth certificate) confirming your date of birth.
2.3 If tk988 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player may be under 18 years of age, the Platform reserves the right to suspend the account, freeze any balance, and request immediate submission of age verification documents. Accounts confirmed to belong to minors will be permanently closed and all associated funds returned to the original deposit source.
2.4 Geographic Eligibility: The tk988 platform is operated for players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and must satisfy themselves that such access is lawful in their jurisdiction. tk988 reserves the right to restrict or block access from specific territories at any time without prior notice.
2.5 Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of tk988 or its technology and payment partners are not eligible to hold a Player account or participate in promotional offers.
All players must be 18 years or older. Age verification is required before processing any withdrawal request. tk988 enforces this requirement rigorously to protect minors.
3. Account Registration
3.1 To use the full features of the tk988 platform, including placing real-money bets and making withdrawals, you must register a Player account. Registration is free of charge.
3.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
3.3 One Account Policy: Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the tk988 platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, a different email address, or via a different payment method — is strictly prohibited. tk988 employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment-method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances (including deposits and winnings) may be forfeited.
3.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes). tk988 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling two-factor authentication on your account. Any activity carried out via your account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.
3.5 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tk988 Support immediately at [email protected]. tk988 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending investigation.
3.6 Account Verification (KYC): Before processing any withdrawal, tk988 will conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification check. You will be required to submit (a) a clear photograph of a valid government-issued photo ID; (b) proof of your residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within 90 days); and (c) proof of your payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash/Nagad account registered in your name). Failure to provide complete and satisfactory KYC documentation within 14 days of a request will result in suspension of the withdrawal function on your account.
KYC documents submitted to tk988 are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are used solely for identity verification purposes. Documents are stored securely using industry-standard encryption and are not shared with third parties except where required by law.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposit Policy
4.1 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned (less any applicable bank fees) where identified.
4.2 The minimum deposit on tk988 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, large deposits may trigger enhanced due-diligence checks in accordance with our anti-money-laundering obligations.
4.3 Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other Bangladeshi commercial bank transfers as listed on the Platform's cashier page.
4.4 Deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 hours to reflect in your account balance. tk988 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service provider or your financial institution.
4.5 tk988 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are entirely outside tk988's control.
Withdrawal Policy
4.6 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
4.7 All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, unless tk988 Support has approved an alternative method in writing following a KYC review.
4.8 Withdrawals are processed Monday to Sunday between 09:00 and 22:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next processing window.
4.9 Verified bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 2 hours during processing hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. tk988 targets same-day processing for all verified accounts.
4.10 tk988 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds for suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering. In such cases, the withdrawal will be placed on hold pending completion of the review, which will be conducted as promptly as circumstances allow.
4.11 Withdrawal fees: tk988 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard requests. Where a Player has deposited funds without placing any real-money bets, an administration fee of up to 5% may be applied to cover payment processing costs.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 tk988 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, BPL season specials, and festival promotions (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day). All promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which are published alongside each offer on the Platform.
5.2 General Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms, all bonus credits awarded to a Player's Account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before the bonus or any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise, the following contribution rates apply as a general guide: slots — 100%; live casino table games — 10%; sports pre-match — 100% (single bets with minimum odds of 1.50); sports in-play — 50%.
5.4 Bonus Abuse: Players found to be exploiting bonus offers — through the use of multiple accounts, betting patterns designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (hedging), or any other form of manipulation — will have their bonuses voided, their accounts suspended, and any associated withdrawals cancelled. tk988's determination of bonus abuse is final.
5.5 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.
5.6 tk988 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, and to refuse the award of a bonus to any Player at its sole discretion. Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms.
5.7 In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence for matters relating to that promotion only.
Bonus Expiry: All bonus credits expire 30 days from the date of award unless a different expiry period is stated in the specific promotional terms. Expired bonus credits and any winnings generated from them will be removed from your account balance automatically upon expiry.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Placement: Bets and game rounds are final once confirmed by the Player and accepted by the Platform. tk988 will not reverse confirmed bets or game rounds except in the circumstances described in clauses 6.4 and 6.5 below.
6.2 tk988 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits on any market, game, or event at any time without prior notice. Individual Player account limits may also be applied where tk988 determines this to be appropriate based on the Player's betting patterns or risk profile.
6.3 Void Bets: A bet may be voided (and the stake returned to the Player's Account) in the following circumstances: (a) the event to which the bet relates is cancelled or abandoned and not completed within 36 hours of the original scheduled start time; (b) an obvious pricing error occurred at the time the bet was placed; (c) the event outcome is subject to a formal investigation by the relevant sporting authority; (d) the Player placed the bet after the event outcome was already determined (late bet).
6.4 Obvious Errors: tk988 makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of odds, paylines, and game parameters. Where an obvious error occurs — including but not limited to a mis-priced market, a software malfunction, or a display error — tk988 reserves the right to void the affected bets or game rounds. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player. tk988's assessment of what constitutes an obvious error is final and binding.
6.5 Sports Betting Rules: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the specific sport's rules as published on the Platform. In cases of ambiguity, tk988's Head of Trading decision is final. BPL, T20, IPL, and other cricket markets follow the standard cricket betting settlement rules published on the Platform's cricket section.
6.6 Live Casino: All live casino games are governed by the rules of the individual game as presented by the live dealer. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game round, the hand or spin will be settled according to the outcome recorded on the live casino provider's server log, not the Player's client device display.
6.7 RNG Games: All RNG-based games (slots, table game simulations, fishing games) use certified Random Number Generator technology. Game outcomes are determined at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by the Platform, the Player, or any third party. Historical outcomes have no bearing on future results.
7. User Obligations
Players Are Required To
- Provide accurate personal information at registration and keep it updated at all times.
- Use only payment methods registered in their own name.
- Maintain the security of their account credentials and report any unauthorised access immediately.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of their jurisdiction regarding online gambling.
- Engage only in personal recreational gambling and not use the Platform for any commercial purpose.
- Complete KYC verification when requested, within the stipulated timeframe.
- Use the responsible gaming tools provided when gambling is no longer purely for entertainment.
- Notify tk988 promptly of any technical errors, system faults, or suspected security breaches encountered on the Platform.
Players Are Strictly Prohibited From
- Opening more than one account on the tk988 platform.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
- Colluding with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
- Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
- Placing bets on behalf of another person or for commercial third-party purposes.
- Engaging in bonus abuse as described in clause 5.4.
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is illegal under local law.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
8. Account Closure & Suspension
8.1 Voluntary Closure: A Player may close their account at any time by contacting tk988 Support at [email protected]. Before processing voluntary closure, tk988 will ensure all pending bets are settled, any outstanding eligible withdrawal balance is returned to the Player's verified payment method, and no active wagering requirements remain on bonus funds. Voluntary closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.
8.2 Self-Exclusion: If a Player believes their gambling has become problematic, they may request a formal self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion periods are available for 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended and all marketing communications will be ceased. Players are encouraged to also contact their payment providers to restrict gambling-related transactions during the self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion is not reversible before the elected period expires, except in the case of permanent self-exclusion, which is irreversible. 8.3 Closure by tk988: tk988 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
- Suspected or confirmed bonus abuse, collusion, or use of automated betting software.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspected money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
- A court order, regulatory directive, or law-enforcement request requiring closure.
- The Player is found to be under 18 years of age.
8.4 Where an account is closed by tk988 for breach of these Terms & Conditions, tk988 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account (including deposits and winnings) pending investigation. If the breach is confirmed, such funds may be forfeited. Where no breach is ultimately established, the balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.
8.5 Inactive Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as inactive. tk988 will send a notification email to the registered address before imposing any administrative fee. An inactive account maintenance fee of ৳100 per month may be deducted from the account balance after the 12-month inactivity period. This fee will not cause the balance to go below zero. Accounts with a zero balance following the inactivity period may be archived.

Additional Provisions
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk988 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of winnings resulting from a technical error, service interruption, or third-party payment delay.
tk988's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of the Player's account balance at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which tk988 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be referred to tk988 Customer Support for informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint being raised, either party may refer the matter to a mutually agreed independent arbitrator. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Players who wish to raise a formal complaint must do so in writing to [email protected]. All complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and investigated within 14 business days.
Data Protection & Privacy
tk988 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement. By registering on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
All personal data submitted to tk988 is stored using SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols. tk988 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Intellectual Property
All content on the tk988 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and design elements — is the intellectual property of tk988 or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of tk988.
Game titles, logos, and software remain the intellectual property of their respective developers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other studio partners. tk988 operates these games under valid licensing agreements with each provider.
